Briar 🩷 Love Letter Reina

Briar is one of the antique dress upcycles from the Love Letter series! She is a Reina with a wide width. Fairly lightweight! 

Details- “For this dress, I focused on getting all of the embroidery detail into a statement tail.. the back tail is the back pleat of the dress ☺️ Then added plenty of TLV flair! Above the ballerina shoe satin is the top of the dress (even preserved the neckline scallop). Below the satin is the bottom of the dress. Every square inch of that tail is intricate design! Wide width to make it happen!

The pendant was MADE for her!! The bale fits perfectly between the embroidery and the pendant sits just right in the bottom embroidery. The etched rose pendant is very very lightweight! Not glass. I doubled up on the trim (antique lace trim on the flaps, satin trim on the tails), and paired it with a pretty pink! She’s a little Valentine, a little ballet, but mostly sweet in a bowdrobe staple kind of way!”

The antique lace on the left flap stops just short of the knot IN THE BACK. Won’t be seen from the front ☺️
